KOLKATA - HELSINKI

Assemble at Kolkata NSB Airport Kolkata 2 hours prior to the departure for your flight to Delhi. Our experienced Tour Manager, will accompany you with the tour, will assist you to complete all the formalities before boarding your flight to Helsinki via Delhi and baggage will be tagged till Helsinki. Dinner and Overnight.

Day 01

HELSINKI

After breakfast board the coach and proceed for guided city tour, proceed to Market Square and meet the guide. Later the Guide could take them around Senate Square, Helsinki Cathedral, Government Palace and also the Kauppatori Square. Then free time own your own to explore to discover Helsinki which is known as a global trendsetter in design, fashion, stunning architecture and luscious parks. Dinner and Overnight in Helsinki for stay.

Day 02

HELSINKI - REYKJAVIK (ICELAND)

Today early morning board the flight to Reykjavik. Have packed breakfast. After arriving in Reykjavik board the coach and proceed for golden circle tour. Arrive Pingvellir national park and enjoy some time -(Þingvellir, 801, Selfoss, Iceland). Later Poceed to geysir geothermal area and enjoy some time (approx 1 hr distance). Then Proceed for gulfoss water fall and spend some time. Visit Þingvellir National Park,Geysir Geothermal area , Gullfoss Waterfall. Afterwards proceed to Hótel and check-in (approx 95 kms 1 hr 30 mins). Dinner & Overnight in Reykjavik. After dinner you are own your own to explore the nearby area in search of the magic of Aurora Borealis.

Day 03

HELLA / HVOLSVOLLUR

After breakfast board the coach and proceed to Jökulsárlón Glaciar Lagoon & Diamond Beach (APPROX 273 KMS). Arrive and enjoy the most awesome natural wonders of the world. Proceed back to hotel and on the way take stop and enjoy some time @Vik and then visit Skógafoss waterfalls (200 kms approx 3 hrs). Arrive Vik @visit Black Sand Beach and enjoy free time. Proceed to take photostop @ Skógafoss waterfalls. Proceed for photo stop@ Seljalandsfoss on the way to hotel. Arrive hotel. Dinner & Overnight in Reykjavik. After dinner one could proceed outdoors in search for the exclusive lights in the Sky.

Day 04

REYKJAVIK

After breakfast checkout from hotel and board the coach and proceed to enjoy north shore of Iceland Snaefellsnes Peninsula (aprox 224 kms 4.5 hrs). Arrive and enjoy the scenic landscape to the western part of Iceland to Kirkjufell, or 'Church Mountain, fishing town of Grundarfjörður. Proceed back to Reykyjyavik (Approx 3 hrs 180 kms). Arrive and do city orientation tour. Dinner & Overnight in Reykjavik.

Day 05

REKJAVIK - HELSINKI - ROVANIEMI

Today after early breakfast checkout board the coach and proceed to Reykjavik airport for flight to Helsinki. Upon arrival at Helsinki, Board the coach and proceed for dinner (Packed dinner or sitting Early dinner, will depend accordingly) then Proceed to railway station to catch the train for Rovaniemi. Overnight in a train.

Day 06

ROVANIEMI - SAARISELKA

Early morning train arrive at Rovaniemi. Board the coach and proceed for Breakfast. Then proceed to visit Santa Claus Village – 96930 Rovaniemi, Finland. Arrive and spend some time in Santa Claus Village. Board the coach and proceed to Saariselka hotel and check-in. Dinner and stay overnight at Saariselka.

Day 07

SAARISELKA - HAMMERFEST

After breakfast checkout from hotel and board the coach and proceed to Hammerfest (412 kms approx 6 hrs). Arrive and check-in hotel at Hammerfest. Proceed for short sightseeing tour and can visit Museum of Reconstruction (outside view) / Hammerfest church and St. Michaels Church from outside. Proceed back to hotel and have dinner & stay overnight at Hammerfest. After dinner we board a coach for Aurora hunt.

Day 08

HAMMERFEST - ALTA

After breakfast checkout and proceed towards south of the city Alta (Approx 140 kms 2 hrs approx). After that free time to explore the city by your own. Upon arrival at Alta check-in hotel and have dinner & overnight stay at Alta. After dinner can proceed for Aurora Borealis hunt. You can walk 10-15 min from the hotel. Hotel can show you the day you arrived the place which is close by for Northern light.B,Light L,D

Day 09

ALTA - TROMSO

After breakfast checkout and proceed to Northern Norway’s Capital city of Tromso (approx 6.5-7hrs). This small town is known as “the Paris of the north”. Tromso is famous for being one of the best places in the world to see the Northern Lights. The Northern Lights is sometimes so strong that you can even see it in the downtown or from your hotel window. After reaching there, we will check in to the hotel followed by dinner & stay overnight at Tromso.

Day 10

TROMSO

After breakfast the day is relaxed, you can choose the optional activities on your own - on spot like Cable car, Polaria, Polar park, Arctic Cathedral etc. (Winter activities can be booked if required). Dinner will be served in the hotel itself or we will take you to a nearby restaurant, followed by an overnight stay in the hotel at Tromso.

Day 11

TROMSO - NARVIK - KIRUNA

After breakfast checkout from hotel then board the coach and proceed to the northernmost town of Sweden – Kiruna through a picturesque landscape. It’s home to the world’s largest underground iron-ore mine, opened in 1898 and still in use. After arriving at Kiruna, we will check in to the hotel and you will have some free time to rest or you can do some free activity. Later have dinner & stay overnight at Kiruna.

Day 12

KIRUNA - STOCKHOLM

After breakfast checkout from hotel then board the coach and proceed for city orientation tour. Visit Kiruna Pastorat (Kiruna Church). Can proceed to visit Ice hotel. Later free time to explore. Proceed for early dinner or packed dinner. Proceed to Kiruna station to board the train to Stockholm (Overnight Train).

STOCKHOLM

Arrive at Stockholm Central Station – Sthlm Central Nattåg Vy Nattåget Norrland. Board the coach and proceed to Restaurant for Breakfast. After breakfast Proceed for guided city tour. Then proceed to hotel and check-in and relax. Proceed to city centre area for free time or shopping. Dinner and overnight in Stockholm.

Day 14

STOCKHOLM - KOLKATA

Breakfast then depart for the Airport to board the Flight to India. Reach Kolkata. Complete the immigration process before you can leave the airport.

Payment Terms & Conditions

  • An amount of INR 70000 (to be adjusted with the package cost) to be deposited at the time of booking.
  • Remaining amount can be deposited in EMI
  • Full and final payment to be paid 75 days prior to departure
  • Cancellation 60days prior to departure: 50% of the total amount will be refunded
  • Cancellation 35 days prior to departure: No amount will be refunded
  • Surcharges apply for any trade fair/special event/weekend OR any other event in city
  • Child age is 2-11 years. Above 11 years is considered as an adult
  • All rates and availability are subject to change at the time of booking
  • We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours and transfer of equal or higher standers
  • No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services in above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours
  • We are not responsible for any missed breakfast due to flight timings
  • We are not responsible for any baggage charges by any airlines for the clients
  • We are not responsible for any visa rejection ( if any )
